At Area432Hz, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and event organizers while ensuring a smooth ticketing experience. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to [area432hzsantorini@gmail.com] with proof of purchase.
Event Cancellations & Postponements
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.
- If an event is rescheduled or postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within [number of days] days of the announcement.
- Refunds for canceled or postponed events will be processed within [number of days] business days of approval.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
We offer a tiered cancellation policy based on the number of days prior to the event:
- More than 21 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Between 21 and 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, or 50% of the total amount will be retained, depending on the type of booking.
- 14 days or fewer before the event: No refund will be issued, and the full amount will be retained.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing fees, service charges, and third-party transaction fees may not be refundable.
Transfer & Resale Policy
- Tickets are transferable / non-transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at area432hzsantorini@gmail.com.
- Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
