Yoga & Movement
Body, mind, and soul resonate with the profound energy of our location, guiding you towards health and balance. Our diverse yoga practices, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, along with movement therapies through dance and body meditation, offer a comprehensive approach to body awareness.
Awakening the senses is focusing on breath and calming the mind to work through postures and find ease in movement. Allowing the bodies to release whilst also increasing strength and flexibility. Creating space in body and mind to find balance, alignment and opportunities for growth. The session ends with a tranquil silent walk among Santorini’s volcanic rocks, culminating in a Water Closing Circle on the beach. (Isabella)
Tuning the Body is a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session that focuses on aligning and harmonizing the body and mind through a series of deliberate postures and mindful breathing techniques. Body Resonance is an incredible moving meditation practice which is broken down into four parts, each comprising 15 minutes. Sound Bed Therapy
Sound Bed Therapy often referred to as a Pythagorean sound bed or vibrational sound therapy bed, is a therapeutic device that uses the principles of sound healing. Our uniquely round shaped Sound Bed has 2 monochords (A and deep D) providing a very comfortable embracing feeling of fine tuning. Along with other therapeutic instruments like tibetan singing, bowls, gongs, koshi chimes and tuning forks this session promotes the relaxation response, the balancing of the chakras, calms the autonomic nervous system, improve chronic stress relief and helps to deal with emotional, mental as well as health issues.
